1. PURPOSE OF THE PLATFORM
The LIFESAVER Platform is a mission‑critical digital emergency response and coordination system designed exclusively for use by: Ambulance Drivers & Medical First Responders, Traffic Police & Law Enforcement Officers, and Government Emergency Control Rooms. The Platform enables: Rapid ambulance booking and real‑time dispatch, Smart route planning and green corridor coordination, and Police‑assisted traffic clearance.
The LIFESAVER Platform is restricted-access and intended solely for officially authorized emergency response operations. Usage is permitted only by designated personnel acting within approved institutional and statutory mandates.

2. ELIGIBILITY & AUTHORIZED USE
You may access and use the Platform only if: You are officially authorized by a 108 Authorized Control Center Personnel, You are operating on a Governmanet Authorized Ambulance Driver, You are acting strictly within the scope of your Chennai Traffic Police Officer. Any unauthorized access, credential sharing, or misuse shall be treated as a serious violation, resulting in immediate suspension, permanent access revocation, and possible legal action under applicable laws.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
By using the Platform, you agree to: Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information; Use the Platform only during official emergency operations; Safeguard login credentials and assigned devices; Follow all applicable Indian laws, Tamil Nadu Government rules, departmental SOPs, and traffic regulations. You must NOT: Manipulate or falsify GPS data, routes, or timestamps; Log false incidents or misleading emergency requests; Attempt to reverse‑engineer, tamper with, or bypass security controls; Operate the Platform under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances. All user actions are logged for accountability and audit purposes.

4. EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER
While LIFESAVER enhances coordination and response speed, you acknowledge that: The Platform does not replace human judgment or statutory authority; Network outages, GPS inaccuracies, weather, traffic, or infrastructure conditions may impact performance; LIFESAVER is not responsible for delays caused by third‑party agencies or external factors. All emergency actions remain under the command and discretion of the respective Government department or officer‑in‑charge.

5. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
Your use of the Platform is governed by the Privacy Policy – The LIFESAVER Ecosystem (Tamil Nadu), which forms an integral part of these Terms. Key principles include: Data collection strictly for emergency response, governance, and public safety; No advertising, profiling, or commercial resale of data; Data hosted and processed within India, at Tamil Nadu State Data Centre (TNSDC – Chennai). By using the Platform, you provide explicit consent for data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. LOCATION & DEVICE PERMISSIONS
The Platform requires continuous permissions, including: Precise GPS location, Motion sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope), Network and background data access. Disabling required permissions may: Render the Platform non‑functional, Mark the user inactive for dispatch, Adversely affect emergency response effectiveness.

7. DATA RETENTION & ACCESS CONTROL
Data is retained only for operational, legal, audit, and statutory compliance purposes. Access is strictly done by Admin for verification purpose only. All access and actions are time‑stamped and logged. Refer to Section 6 of the Privacy Policy for detailed retention schedules.

8. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE
Data may be shared only with: Authorized Government command and control centers, Police, ambulance, and emergency coordination units, Judicial or statutory authorities when legally required. No third‑party advertising, analytics resale, or commercial data sharing is permitted.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including: Software and source code, Algorithms and system logic, UI/UX design, Branding, trademarks, and logos are the exclusive property of Lifesaver Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Users are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license solely for official use.

10. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
Access may be suspended or terminated without prior notice if: Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized access is detected, False incidents are logged, Security or departmental policies are violated, Government or departmental authorization is withdrawn. Termination does not affect ongoing investigations or legal obligations.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law: LIFESAVER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; Liability, if any, is limited to the extent permitted under Indian law; The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. LIFESAVER is not responsible for actions taken by users under statutory authority.

12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIFESAVER against claims arising from: Unauthorized or unlawful use of the Platform, Violation of laws or departmental SOPs, False reporting, negligence, or misconduct during operations.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by: Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Information Technology Act, 2000, Applicable laws of India and the State of Tamil Nadu. Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the Courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

14. CHANGES TO TERMS
LIFESAVER may revise these Terms to reflect: Legal or regulatory updates, Security enhancements, Operational or system upgrades. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

15. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
App Developer & Web Developer Name: Amuthan; Platform Owner: LIFESAVER.in; Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Acknowledgement: Within 24 hours; Resolution Timeline: Within 15 working days.

16. ACCEPTANCE
By installing, logging in, or using the LIFESAVER Platform, you confirm that: You have read and understood these Terms; You agree to comply with all conditions; You acknowledge the mission‑critical nature of the Platform.

1. PURPOSE & SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
The Lifesaver application is a restricted-use emergency response platform designed exclusively for on-duty ambulance drivers and police officers. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, why it is collected, who is tracked, and who is NOT tracked, in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 and Tamil Nadu State ICT Policy. The Lifesaver platform is not a public or consumer-facing application.

2. TRACKING SCOPE – WHO IS TRACKED
2.1 Authorized Tracking Only: The Lifesaver App performs location and motion tracking ONLY for: On-duty Ambulance Drivers and On-duty Police Officers. Tracking applies strictly during official duty hours when the user is logged into the application and marked as Active.
2.2 No Public or Background Tracking: The Lifesaver App DOES NOT track civilians, users who are logged out, devices running in the background without active login, or personal movement outside official duty usage. Once a user logs out, all live tracking immediately stops.

3. DATA COLLECTED
Official Identity Verification Documents: Driving Licence details and Official Police ID Card details are collected only for role verification and authorization and are not used for any commercial purposes.

4. DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
The Lifesaver App explicitly does NOT collect: Advertising or marketing data, app usage analytics for profiling, contact lists, call logs, personal files, social media data, or continuous microphone/camera access.

5. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (DPDPA – SECTION 7)
All data processing is lawful under Section 7 of the DPDPA, 2023: Section 7(b) – Medical Emergency; Section 7(c) – Public Order & Safety; Section 7(i) – Employment & Official Duty.

6. DATA STORAGE & SOVEREIGNTY
All personal and sensitive data is stored only within India. Sensitive data such as GPS logs and incident records are hosted accordingly.

7. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE
Data is shared only with authorized entities: Command & Control Centers, Departmental supervisors, Integrated emergency services (108 Ambulance / 100 Police), and Judicial or statutory authorities. No data is sold or shared with private commercial entities.

8. DATA PRINCIPAL RIGHTS
authorized users have the right to access a summary of data, correct inaccurate details, request erasure after cessation of service, and withdraw tracking by logging out.

9. DATA RETENTION POLICY
Live GPS & Route Logs: Retained for 180 days; Incident reports: Retained for 7 years; Account Data: Deleted within 30 days of deactivation.

10. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
