Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Lifesaver. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lifesaver platform, which facilitates the synchronization of emergency response units including 108 Control Centers, Ambulances, and Traffic Police. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms in full.

2. Nature of Service

Lifesaver provides a high-tech synchronization layer intended to reduce travel time for emergency vehicles. We utilize Cloud APIs and real-time data to create "Green Corridors."

Disclaimer: Lifesaver is a coordination tool, not an emergency medical service provider. While we strive for zero-delay rescue missions, we do not guarantee that traffic conditions will always allow for a perfect corridor. Users must always prioritize safety and local traffic laws.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

  • 108 Control Centers: Responsible for verifying cases and pushing accurate patient coordinates via the platform.
  • Ambulance Drivers: Must use the platform to "lock" rescue paths and respond to system-identified checkpoints.
  • Traffic Police: Must act upon Haptic Alerts and system notifications to clear specific traffic zones.

4. Data Privacy and Security

Real-time location data of ambulances and traffic personnel is collected solely for the purpose of mission synchronization. Patient details are handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with data protection laws. We do not sell or share this data with third-party advertisers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including the algorithmic logic, Haptic Alert systems, and the Lifesaver brand identity, is the exclusive property of Lifesaver and its founders. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering of the platform is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lifesaver shall not be held liable for any delays, accidents, or failures in rescue missions arising from technical outages, internet connectivity issues, or non-compliance by third-party human operators (drivers or police).

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
